1 - Fixes and Changes in 6.0.2

LogiQ 6.0.2 is a new version of Logiq. The current version must be uninstalled before this one is installed. 

To describe the features and fixes included in this Service Pack the following notation is used.

Customer
For Debit Success users only. Vendor Reference was being displayed on all tabs of the Membership Package Details screen. Corrected to only display on the General Tab.

Customer
Optionally allow access to customer payment method screen to admin users.

Report Center
MemberShip Detail List now reports all Pay Methods.

Direct Debits
For Managed Vendor only. Was incorrectly reporting that membership had been cancalled in Logiq if a Membership had an end date. Now only reports this if Membership end date is in the past.

Bookings
Optionally ignore public holidays when scheduling weekly sessions.

TPOS
When refunding a booking also adjust the booking price.

Reports
New report "Membership Analysis for Time Period". As per existing "Monthly Membership Analysis" with the ability to limit the report to a range of Membership Start Dates.

Reports
New report "Members With X To Y Visits In Period Z by Start Date". As per existing "Members With X To Y Visits In Period Z" with the ability to limit the report to a range of Membership Start Dates.

Customer
Remove Button now removes membership.

2 - Installation

  1. Please contact support@qvisual.com.au to obtain upgrade files and assistance for carrying out upgrades.

  2. During an upgrade the following steps might be taken (with the assistance of Qvisual Support Staff):


  • Perform a full back up of the live database.

  • Create a new TEST database

  • Test the upgrade on the TEST database

  • Upgrade the LIVE database

  • Upgrade the client workstations

3 - Uninstalling

  1. Click Start, and then click Control Panel.

  2. Click Add or Remove Programs.

  3.  Scroll down to "LogiQ 5.9", or some other old version, click on it, and then click Change/Remove.
